Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are determined automatically by your region and are based on USPS rates. We do not make any money from shipping costs and appreciating you understanding that determining shipping rates is out of our hands.
Shipping Times
Due to COVID-19 we are currently only shipping out once a week. You will receive your tracking number for your order via the email attached to your original order. Please note that the creation of your label does not indicate it has shipped. It may take a few days for your item to be scanned and updated via the USPS tracking system.
We cannot provide you any further answers than what is shown to you via the USPS tracking website. Once an item is marked ‘delivered’ we are no longer responsible for it. We are also not responsible for addresses that were input incorrectly so please be careful when you fill out the shipping information.
Please contact us if a package is lost or seems to be missing after 7 days of it not moving in the USPS tracking system.
Return & Refund
We do not accept returns nor do we offer refunds for any items, including pre-orders. Pre-Orders for decks allow us to cover the cost of manufacturing items and once printing has begun we are incapable of offering refunds.
